Our party is based on values and ideas. We want to build a society where a person’s own choices, hopes and needs set the direction for development.

We defend individual freedom and promote people’s opportunities to make choices, but without ignoring everyone’s responsibility for one’s own life, fellowmen and the environment. Our ideology combines freedom with responsibility, democracy and equality.

Our basic values are education, tolerance, rewarding and caring. Our goal is to build a Finland with equal opportunities for all. National Coalition Party is a responsible reformer that has confidence in people and their judgement.

What do you expect of Finland? Do you want Finland to develop as a European welfare state built on Finnish work - work for the benefit of all citizens?

What do you expect of politicians? Do you want them to take responsibility for everyone, not just a certain interest group?

If you have similar ideas, your lines of thought align with those of the National Coalition Party Kokoomus. As its name implicates, National Coalition Party is a coalition movement for the whole Finland. Its supporters come from all walks of life, all over the country – a broad sample of people living in Finland.

Join us and make a difference, meet like-minded friends and participate in various activities. You can be active in the party’s different organisations and in Women’s or Youth League as well as the Student Union. You have also a chance to participate in several delegations built around various themes.
